Please take these videos with a grain of salt. There are many different ways to approach training. I really like this guys work and philosophy, but my philosophies can be different. For starters this is a pro athlete and a college coach, and the athlete they deal with are at a different stage and level then we are at now. You can become this good, but it can take years of hard work, and that is my job to get you as close to this as possible.
